Each week or every two weeks, depending on the membership you choose to sign up for, we’ll check in to review your progress. Let me share a little about myself

I’m a nutritionist based in The Netherlands, and I can help people worldwide who struggle with gaining, maintaining, or losing weight while working toward a healthier lifestyle. I specialize in weight gain and sports nutrition, inspired by my journey of being underweight for many years. Using the knowledge I gained from my studies, I successfully put on 16 kg (35 lbs) and transformed both my health and my relationship with food.

Now, my mission is to guide others on their journey to a healthy weight, whether you’re trying to gain or maintain weight and get healthy. Together, we’ll focus on sustainable habits and balanced eating, so you can feel confident, strong and in control of your body and health.
